Warranty & Repairs
Each Rengetsu piece comes with a 6-month warranty covering faults in craftsmanship or materials. If such a fault appears within that time, we’ll repair your piece at no charge. You only cover the cost of sending it to us.
To request warranty service, email service@rengetsu.luxury with:
- A clear photo of the fault
- A brief description of the required repair
- Proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement)
Our repair team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
