If your Rengetsu piece isn’t right for you, returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at returns@rengetsu.luxury with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

You may return or exchange your piece if:

• - It is unused and in original packaging
• - It is not custom made or personalized
• - You contact us within 14 days of delivery
  

SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is at your expense - unless your item arrived damaged or we made an error. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping. 

PARTIAL RETURNS

Only returning part of your order? You will be refunded for the retuned item(s) only.

FREE GIFT

If your order included a complimentary gift, it must also be returned unopened and unused — unless your remaining order still meets the minimum requirements of the promotion.
