Returns & Cancellations

If your Rengetsu piece isn’t right for you, returns are available within 14 days of delivery. After registering your return, you have 14 days to send your piece back.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR CANCELLATION

You can easily submit a return or cancellation request directly through your account:

Log in, select your order, and choose "Return" or "Cancel". You will automatically receive a confirmation by email.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

You may return your piece if:

• - It is unused and in original packaging
• - It is not custom made or personalized
• - You register your return within 14 days of delivery
  

DIFFERENT MODEL OR SIZE?

Want a different model or size? Return your piece and place a new order for the item you want.

SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is at your expense unless your item arrived damaged or we made an error. In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping. 

PARTIAL RETURNS

Only returning part of your order? You will be refunded for the returned item(s) only.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. For full returns, the original shipping costs will also be refunded.

FREE GIFT

If your order included a complimentary gift, it must also be returned unopened and unused, unless your remaining order still meets the minimum requirements of the promotion.
